1. Who we are
Redkky is a mobile browser with optional VPN, ad blocking, sync, and an AI assistant. Our website and API are operated at redkky.site.
2. Information we collect
- Account data — email address, display name, and a hashed password when you register.
- Device identifiers — a device UUID we generate to link sessions, devices, and (where applicable) guest cleanup; basic device metadata such as platform, model, and app version.
- Subscription data — Google Play purchase tokens and product identifiers needed to verify Premium.
- VPN usage — which VPN server you connect to and aggregated traffic counters for quotas and capacity; we do not inspect the content of your VPN tunnel traffic.
- AI assistant — the text you send and, when you choose, page context you allow; used to generate replies and enforce usage limits.
- Support & feedback — messages you send through bug reports or email, including optional diagnostics you attach.
- Analytics — if crash/analytics reporting is enabled in Settings, we may receive aggregated app events (for example screen views) via Google Firebase Analytics. Advertising ID collection is disabled in our configuration.
3. What stays on your device
Bookmarks, browsing history, open tabs, downloads, passwords stored in the app vault, and most browser settings remain on your device unless you use a sync feature you explicitly enable. Incognito mode does not keep ordinary session history or cookies for that session.
4. How we use information
- To create and secure your account, and to sign you in across devices.
- To provide Premium, VPN, AI, sync, and related features.
- To prevent abuse, enforce limits, and keep the service reliable.
- To respond to support requests and improve the product.
- To comply with law when we are legally required to do so.
5. Permissions on Android
- VPN — builds an encrypted tunnel (AmneziaWG / WireGuard). In full-device mode, eligible traffic may route through our VPN servers.
- Microphone — voice search (on-device / system speech recognition) and websites you allow; we do not upload microphone audio to Redkky unless you use a feature that clearly does so.
- Camera — only when a site or feature requests it (for example WebRTC or uploads).
- Location — only when a site requests it and you grant system permission.
- Notifications — optional alerts such as downloads.
6. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only as needed to run the service, for example:
- Google Play Billing — to verify purchases and subscriptions.
- AI providers — when you use the assistant, prompts (and any page context you include) are processed by the configured provider to generate a reply.
- Infrastructure / analytics vendors — hosting and, if enabled, Firebase Analytics.
Those parties process data under their own terms and privacy policies where applicable.
7. Retention
We keep account data while your account remains open. VPN session and usage records are retained only as long as needed for quotas, abuse prevention, and operations. You may delete your account in the app (Profile → Delete account); we then remove or anonymize account data we control, except where we must retain limited records for legal, security, or accounting reasons.
8. Security
We use industry-standard measures such as HTTPS, hashed passwords, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; please use a strong unique password.
9. Children
Redkky is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). Do not create an account if you are under that age.
10. International users
Our servers may be located outside your country. By using Redkky you understand that your information may be processed in countries with different data-protection rules.
11. Your choices
- Update or close your account in the app.
- Turn off crash/analytics reporting in Settings where available.
- Revoke Android permissions in system settings.
- Contact us at support@redkky.site for privacy questions.
12. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Effective” date above will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
